Full Process Details 1. Discovery & Consultation LevRose Brokers identify potential clients and present marketing materials to them. If the client would like a proposal prepared, the LevRose Advisor will create one based on research. ​ 2. Listing Agreement After a verbal agreement is reached, the LevRose Broker will prepare, sign, and execute a written listing agreement. ​ 3. Marketing Strategy LevRose Brokers begin creating signage for the property and working with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials. 4. Tenant Prospecting Plan LevRose Brokers utilize sales strategies to find and present the property to as many potential tenants as possible. 5. Negotiations Once a tenant is interested, LevRose Brokers will guide landlords through negotiations to reach the best outcome for both parties. 6. Lease Completion The LevRose Broker will draft the Lease Agreement; Once terms are agreed upon, both Tenant and Landlord will sign the Lease Agreement.

Full Process Details 1. Needs Analysis LevRose Brokers will identify and research potential tenants. When a lead is found, the Advisor will meet with the client and ensure they qualify to rent a space. ​ 2. Site Selection The LevRose Broker will assess the tenant’s needs and tour properties with them that fit their criteria. 3. Offers & Negotiation Once a space is found, the LevRose Broker will draft a letter of intent on behalf of the tenant and take the lead on any negotiations with the landlord until an agreement is reached. ​ 4. Closing Once negotiations are finished, both the tenant and landlord will sign the lease agreement. 5. Follow Up LevRose Brokers will check in with the tenant on or close to moving day, as well as throughout the next few months as any tenant improvements are made per the lease agreement.

Full Process Details 1. Needs Analysis LevRose Brokers will identify and research potential buyers. When a lead is found, the Advisor will meet with the client and ensure they qualify to buy a space. 2. Site Selection The LevRose Broker will assess the buyer’s needs and tour properties with them that fit their criteria. 3. Offers & Negotiations Once a property is found, the seller will work with a trusted attorney to draft a purchase agreement. The other party will come back with any negotiations until an agreement is reached. 4. Due Diligence & Escrow With the assistance of the LevRose Broker, the Buyer will inspect the property, perform calculations, and review documents before finalizing their purchase. 5. Closing Once due diligence is complete and the purchase agreement is signed, the deal will close. 6. Follow Up The LevRose Broker will check in with the buyer after their purchase to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Full Process Details 1. Discovery & Consultation LevRose Brokers will research potential sellers and present them with a complimentary Broker Opinion of Value, or BOV, for their building. 2. Listing Agreement Once the client and LevRose Broker reach a verbal agreement, the LevRose Advisor will create a written listing agreement for both parties to sign. 3. Marketing Strategy LevRose Brokers begin creating signage for the property and working with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials. 4. Collect/Review Offers LevRose Brokers will use sales strategies to present the property to potential buyers, then begin collecting offers and presenting them to the seller. 5. Negotiations Once the seller receives an offer they like, the LevRose Broker will assist them in negotiating with the buyer and their Advisor until an agreement is reached. 6. Escrow During this stage, the buyer will be doing their due diligence and requesting information from the seller. The LevRose Broker will be available to assist the seller with anything they need during this process. 7. Closing Once due diligence is complete and the purchase agreement is signed, the deal will close. 8. Follow Up The LevRose Broker will check in with the seller after their transaction to ensure everything is running smoothly.
