Molly Garner is a Marketing Coordinator at LevRose, where she plays a key role in executing the firm’s marketing strategies and enhancing its brand presence in the commercial real estate industry. She specializes in creating compelling marketing materials, including brochures, BOVs, email campaigns, and social media content, while also managing PPC advertising efforts to maximize visibility and engagement.

As a Southern California native, Molly moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University. She earned
her B.S. in Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business and was a distinguished member of Barrett,
The Honors College. She successfully defended her thesis, “Redefining Value: Strategic Branding for Buyer’s Agents in a Commission-Altered Landscape,” showcasing her expertise in real estate marketing. With a passion for innovative branding and digital strategy, Molly contributes to LevRose’s marketing efforts while staying informed on the ever- evolving commercial real estate landscape. Her deep understanding of market trends and transactions allows her to support brokers with insightful research and data- driven strategies.
