Landon McKernan is a Partner at LevRose Commercial Real Estate, specializing in industrial sales and leasing across Central Phoenix, Sky Harbor, and Tempe. Since joining LevRose in early 2020, Landon has been involved in over $300 million worth of transactions, with a strong focus on sale-leasebacks, owner-user sales, investment sales, and landlord representation. With an entrepreneurial background and personal experience as a real estate investor, Landon approaches every opportunity through the lens of ownership— treating each property as if it were his own. His analytic and detail-oriented mindset helps clients make informed, strategic decisions about their assets. Landon takes a proactive, hands-on approach to
his listings, consistently generating activity through cold calling, canvassing, direct mail, and email campaigns. He and his team stay up to date on every relevant sale and lease comp in their core markets to ensure clients remain ahead of the curve.

Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Landon grew up in Rocklin, California before settling in Scottsdale after graduating from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. When he’s not working, you’ll find him hiking, golfing, or watching hockey—still loyal to his Canadian roots.
