Since 2015, he has proven to successfully close complex transactions with entitlements, sale- leasebacks, lot splits, seller-carrybacks, and more. He is an active member of NAIOP and ICSC on the local and national level. Mark’s active involvement in TCN Worldwide allows him to meet his clients’ needs on an international level through their access to over 200 markets. In 2022, AZ BIG MEDIA named Mark as one of the 22 young CRE leaders to watch, recognizing his outstanding achievements in the industry.

He takes great pride in working in the Southwest and promoting the business-friendly environment that has made Arizona successful, particularly through the pandemic. Mark is optimistic about the growth of the state as it has become a safe harbor for investors and new businesses. In his free time, Mark enjoys the Arizona outdoors, flying planes, playing hockey well or golfing poorly.
